Identify launcher Activity names and start installed Android apps via ADB shell: run adb shell am start -n com.example.app/.MainActivity.

Find active foreground Android app Activity names via ADB shell: run adb shell dumpsys activity dumpsys window | grep -E "mCurrentFocus|mFocusedApp".

Fix "INSTALL_FAILED_SHARED_USER_INCOMPATIBLE: tried to change user": resolve android:sharedUserId conflicts, sign app with platform keys, or uninstall.

Fix "ServiceManager: Permission failure: android.permission.ACCESS_SURFACE_FLINGER": configure SELinux policy rules and system UID permissions in AOSP.
